First time homebuyer here! Ginger Nilges was extremely helpful and supportive during this exciting and nerve-wracking experience. We were unsure what to expect buying our first and forever home, but Ginger made sure to have any questions we had about the property answered in a timely manner, typically same day if not quicker, regardless of how small or arbitrary those questions may have seemed. I want to share with others our experience working with Ginger Nilges and finding the perfect piece of property to build our retirement home. My husband and I have purchased several properties in the 38 years of our marriage. Nevertheless, this property would need to be unique as we were ready to move to the country after living near St. Louis most of our lives.
